Trident Funding Solutions LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that operates as a commercial funding broker. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us directly when you submit an application or contact form. This typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business and funding needs. If you choose to attach documents such as business bank statements, we collect those documents as part of your application. We do not currently use analytics cookies or advertising pixels on this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to review your funding request, to work with funding partners on offers that may fit your situation, and to communicate with you about your inquiry. We do not sell your information.
How Your Information Is Stored
Application information you submit through this site, including any documents you attach, is stored using Google Cloud services in the United States. Each submission, with its attached documents, is also delivered by email to the Trident team so we can follow up; that delivery runs through our email provider, Resend, which processes it on our behalf. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, and attached documents are available only to the Trident team members reviewing your application and to the service providers that store and deliver them for us. We keep your application and documents while we work on your funding request and for a limited period afterward for recordkeeping; you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing mike@tridentfundingsolutions.com.
Sharing With Funding Partners
To obtain financing offers for you, we share relevant application information with third-party funding partners. Partners first receive a business summary that contains no contact information: no personal name, no phone number, no email. Your full file, including your contact details, goes to a funder only when you tell us in writing to send it. If a particular funder can only evaluate your request with your full file, we tell you first and send nothing without your OK. Once you choose a funder and we send your file, that funder handles your information under its own privacy practices, which can include contacting you directly. We do not sell or rent your information to data brokers, we do not share it for advertising or unrelated purposes, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Communications and Consent
When you submit the application or contact form, you agree that Trident Funding Solutions may contact you about your inquiry by email or phone. We use your contact details only to respond to your inquiry and work on your funding request, never for marketing or promotional messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing mike@tridentfundingsolutions.com, and we stop.
Your Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have provided by emailing mike@tridentfundingsolutions.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws; contact us at the same address and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
